elementor-size-default\">Seja uma pessoa chave, ou seu parente pr\u00f3ximo, da Companhia, de sua\ncontrolada, de sua controladora ou de qualquer pessoa jur\u00eddica que exer\u00e7a\ninflu\u00eancia significativa sobre a Companhia.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31ba30e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"31ba30e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Seja Sociedade controlada, em conjunto situa\u00e7\u00e3o em\nque haja fundado receio de que n\u00e3o possa contratar em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de\nmercado. <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element ou\nprivil\u00e9gios e de pr\u00e1ticas que assegurem a n\u00e3o utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es\nprivilegiadas ou oportunidades de neg\u00f3cio em benef\u00edcio individual ou de\nTerceiros).<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d075f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d075f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" No entanto, as leis\nanticorrup\u00e7\u00e3o pro\u00edbem oferecer ou dar qualquer coisa de valor, inclusive\npresentes e hospitalidade \u00e0 terceiros, a fim de obter vantagens impr\u00f3prias ou\ninfluenciar de maneira injustificada a a\u00e7\u00e3o de uma autoridade<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e474feb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e474feb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Dar pequenos presentes pessoais \u00e9, com frequ\u00eancia, parte da cultura local.\nA Companhia definiu o valor m\u00e1ximo de presentes ou brindes de at\u00e9 US$ 100\n(Cem d\u00f3lares americanos) e desde que n\u00e3o interfiram na tomada de uma\ndecis\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cio da outra parte.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8863087 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8863087\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c9 vedado o recebimento de presentes ou brindes, favores ou quaisquer coisas\nde valor ou utilidade que possam gerar at\u00e9 mesmo a mera apar\u00eancia de\nimpropriedade de conduta ou potencial impacto em decis\u00f5es de neg\u00f3cios\nda Companhia. <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ac9d9a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8ac9d9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">O recebimento, por qualquer integrante da Companhia de dinheiro,\nquaisquer outros bens ou servi\u00e7os oferecidos por terceiros (mesmo que em\nsorteio ou concurso) em qualquer contexto relacionado, direta ou\nindiretamente, \u00e0 sua atividade na Companhia \u00e9 terminantemente proibido,\nindependentemente do valor envolvido.\nTratar de neg\u00f3cios durante uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 pr\u00e1tica costumeira em todo o\nmundo. <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b20197 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b20197\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser oferecida para terceiros, sem aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via,\ndesde que todos os itens abaixo tenham sido atendidos:\nO valor \u00e9 equivalente a uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o normal de neg\u00f3cios de acordo com os\npadr\u00f5es locais (bebidas caras e pratos refinados\/iguarias) devem ser\nevitados;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ad7d2c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ad7d2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Em geral, a refei\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios n\u00e3o inclui o c\u00f4njuge ou outros convidados\ndo convidado.
