Conducting business during a meal is customary worldwide. <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b20197 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b20197\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A meal may be offered to third parties without prior approval, provided that all of the following conditions are met:\n\nThe value is equivalent to a normal business meal according to local standards (expensive beverages and refined dishes\/delicacies should be avoided);<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ad7d2c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ad7d2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In general, business meals do not include the guest\u2019s spouse or other accompanying guests. In exceptional cases, such as spontaneous invitations during unplanned meetings (for example, at a business fair or conference organized by third parties), accompanying persons may be invited if excluding them would be considered inappropriate;\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e345d7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e345d7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">If the proposed guest has the ability to influence government or business decisions, only meals directly related to a necessary meeting or business activity may be offered, within the limits established in the expense reimbursement policy and subject to approval through the meal offering form according to delegation of authority rules;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51cd10d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51cd10d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Invitations to external events (travel, gatherings, training sessions, relationship-building events), as well as sponsorship of corporate events for Employees, may only be accepted when they are in the Company\u2019s interest, must be communicated to the director for assessment, and reported to the Compliance area;\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9ae447 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d9ae447\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Donations or sponsorships are not permitted unless approved in accordance with the delegation of authority policy, the Bylaws and applicable legislation.\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88f1d6b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"88f1d6b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce46ec1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ce46ec1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.11. Relationships with our colleagues\u2014whether peers, subordinates, or managers\u2014must be conducted as a partnership, where individual behavior is guided by the primary commitment to the Company\u2019s success. <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f18e4b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f18e4b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The relationship with those we work alongside should resemble that of members of a winning team. For this team relationship to function effectively, each individual must fulfill their responsibilities and trust that others will do the same. Managers have the following obligations, among others:<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-872bdfd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"872bdfd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">a) To set an example through their own behavior for all their direct reports and other Employees of the Company; <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1be6e57 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1be6e57\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">b) To communicate the contents of this Code to their teams and raise awareness of its importance and application, thereby preventing any Employee or service provider from violating it due to lack of information; <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45cd38f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"45cd38f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">c) To identify Employees who have violated this Code and discuss the matter with Executive Management;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53035f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"53035f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">d) To foster a culture that promotes compliance with this Code and encourage Employees to raise questions and concerns regarding its application.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4188a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b4188a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">No form of discrimination shall be tolerated, whether based on religion, nationality, philosophical or political beliefs, family economic status, origin, sex, color, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, body type, health condition, or marital status.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4617446 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4617446\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Any form of harassment within the Company is strictly prohibited, especially moral and sexual harassment, including any verbal or physical conduct involving humiliation, coercion, or threats. If you are subjected to any behavior of this nature, or if you become aware of someone who has experienced such a situation, report it to your immediate supervisor, the Managers of Human Resources or Compliance, or use the Company\u2019s reporting channel.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-424d9a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"424d9a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">During recruitment and throughout the employment relationship with the Company, individuals who have direct family ties with another Employee must ensure that no conflicts of interest exist, and any hierarchical relationship between relatives is prohibited.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcc280f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcc280f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Child labor is not permitted in any form. Except where local regulations establish a higher minimum age limit, no individual below the age established for completion of compulsory schooling or below 15 years of age (or 14 years according to the standards of International Labour Organization Convention No. 138) may be employed.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd37c5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cd37c5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">With regard to minors authorized to enter the labor market, the Company\u2019s management is responsible for providing safe working conditions, schedules, and compensation appropriate to their age level and, as a minimum requirement, in compliance with applicable local legislation.\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d44764b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d44764b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">No form of forced or involuntary labor is tolerated. This includes bonded labor, slavery, and all forms of work performed against an individual\u2019s free will or choice.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1fef43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f1fef43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Any form of favoritism or privilege in the relationship between Managers and their direct reports is unacceptable.\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01e2d26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"01e2d26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In order to prevent situations of favoritism and\/or conflicts of interest, as well as situations that may create discomfort among other professionals, romantic relationships between leadership and subordination whether direct or indirect are not permitted. It is recommended that professionals involved in romantic relationships do not work on the same project or within the same Business Unit. Such situations must be reported to the area Manager or to Human Resources or Compliance Managers.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-599c9c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"599c9c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The privacy and confidentiality of Employees\u2019 personal information must be respected.\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c1da09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5c1da09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Company shall provide a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that preventive actions prevail over corrective actions.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bffd15 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5bffd15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The possession of drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited in the workplace and shall be considered a serious violation, subject to labor and criminal sanctions.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a02857d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a02857d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In compliance with applicable legislation and in respect of Employees\u2019 health, smoking is prohibited in any enclosed area of the Company.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b5fa7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b5fa7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Company does not tolerate intrusion into Employees\u2019 private lives, whether inside or outside the workplace. Any form of monitoring or interference of this nature shall be rejected.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4b56f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4b56f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Company Members shall not hold economic or financial interests in competitors, customers, partners, or suppliers to the extent that such interests may influence actions taken on behalf of the Company.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9766bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f9766bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Employees are prohibited from performing work activities unrelated to the Company\u2019s business. The sale of products or services of any kind within Company facilities is also prohibited, regardless of whether it occurs during or outside regular working hours.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eeeb06b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eeeb06b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Company assets including telephones, devices, materials, equipment, or proprietary information shall not be used for activities unrelated to the performance of Company duties.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57bf24e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"57bf24e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Employees in leadership positions and Administrators shall not influence, participate in, or conduct evaluations related to job positions or compensation involving family members or individuals with whom they maintain close personal relationships.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00ce2f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"00ce2f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Expense approvals for each professional must be granted, at a minimum, by their immediate supervisor.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f449c9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f449c9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Employees are prohibited from holding public office concurrently with their employment at the Company without prior express notification to Human Resources or Compliance management for a preliminary assessment of potential conflicts with Company rules.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-748be02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"748be02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In the performance of their duties, Employees of the Company shall:<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e56346 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8e56346\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">a) Act in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fa8522 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1fa8522\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">b) Follow the guidelines established by the Company\u2019s internal policies;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f19395 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0f19395\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">c) Pursue the Company\u2019s overall best interests and results, while maintaining transparency, respect, and collaboration with colleagues, Employee representatives, and other stakeholders;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00616f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"00616f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">d) Perform their duties and exercise authority with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to overcoming challenges, always acting in the best interests of the Company;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14eaabf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14eaabf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">e) Not use their position, role, activities, privileges, influence, authority, or access to obtain any personal advantage or advantage for third parties;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b92c428 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b92c428\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">f) Not create artificial obstacles in the execution of their responsibilities for the purpose of overstating their professional contribution;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1e7410 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f1e7410\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">g) Perform their duties effectively, eliminating situations that may lead to errors or delays in service delivery;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05c9b43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"05c9b43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">h) Respect intellectual property; <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffa074b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ffa074b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">i) Not alter or misrepresent the content of any document, information, or data;<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22a76c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"22a76c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">j) Promote initiatives that contribute to improving internal communication; <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2202649 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2202649\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">k) Encourage integration and the development of teamwork; <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-238f7e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"238f7e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title
